This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for culture consulting products and services purchased from Detoxiofiltering. Because our offerings including the Culture Pulse Assessment, Leadership Alignment Intensive, and Team Dynamics Workshop Series involve professional consulting time, customised materials, and scheduled facilitation, they differ from physical goods and are subject to the terms described below.

We are committed to fair and transparent policies that respect both our clients' needs and the resources required to deliver high-quality consulting engagements. Please read this policy carefully before booking a program through detoxiofiltering.world.

Nature of Our Products

Detoxiofiltering provides professional consulting services rather than physical products. Once a program has commenced, deliverables such as assessment reports, workshop facilitation, and strategic recommendations involve intellectual property and consultant labour that cannot be returned in the traditional sense. Refunds and cancellations are therefore assessed based on the stage of service delivery and costs already incurred.

Cancellation Before Program Commencement

If you cancel your booking at least fourteen calendar days before the scheduled start date of your consulting program, you are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid, minus a five percent administrative processing fee. Cancellations made between seven and thirteen calendar days before the start date are eligible for a fifty percent refund. Cancellations made fewer than seven calendar days before the start date are non-refundable, as we will have allocated consultant time and prepared customised materials for your engagement.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our contact form or by phone at +61481485946. The cancellation date is determined by when we receive and acknowledge your request.

Rescheduling

We understand that organisational schedules change. You may reschedule your consulting program once at no additional charge if the request is made at least seven calendar days before the original start date. Rescheduling requests made fewer than seven days in advance may incur a rescheduling fee of up to twenty percent of the program fee to cover consultant reallocation costs.

Rescheduled programs must commence within ninety days of the original booking date unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a rescheduled program is not commenced within this window, the booking may be treated as a cancellation under the terms above.

Cancellation After Program Commencement

Once a consulting program has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable because consultant time, research, and materials have been invested in your engagement. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if Detoxiofiltering is unable to complete the agreed deliverables due to circumstances within our control.

For multi-session programs such as the Leadership Alignment Intensive and Team Dynamics Workshop Series, if you cancel after the first session has been delivered, you will be charged for all completed sessions plus fifty percent of the remaining scheduled sessions. No refund applies to completed sessions.

Program-Specific Terms

Culture Pulse Assessment

If surveys have been distributed to your organisation, the assessment is considered commenced and the full program fee applies. If cancellation occurs before survey distribution, standard pre-commencement cancellation terms apply. Delivered assessment reports are non-returnable and non-refundable once issued.

Leadership Alignment Intensive

This four-session program follows the multi-session cancellation terms above. Customised leadership materials prepared specifically for your organisation are non-refundable once delivered, even if remaining sessions are cancelled.

Team Dynamics Workshop Series

Each half-day workshop constitutes a completed deliverable. Cancellation after any workshop has been facilitated results in charges for all completed workshops plus fifty percent of fees for remaining workshops. Facilitator guides provided for internal use are non-refundable once delivered.

Cancellation by Detoxiofiltering

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a consulting program due to unforeseen circumstances including consultant illness, severe weather, or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund of fees paid for the affected program. We will notify you as promptly as possible and work with you to minimise disruption to your organisation.

Dissatisfaction With Services

Your satisfaction with our culture consulting services is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of a delivered program, please contact us within fourteen days of program completion. We will review your concerns and may offer remedial sessions, revised deliverables, or a partial credit toward future services at our discretion. Refunds for completed programs are not guaranteed and are assessed based on the specific circumstances.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days using the original payment method where possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made. Refund amounts are calculated in Australian dollars and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our consulting services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have services remedied if they fail to meet a consumer guarantee, provided the failure is not major.

A major failure occurs when services are substantially unfit for their ordinary purpose, cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, or create an unsafe situation. If you believe a major failure has occurred, please contact us immediately to discuss your options under the ACL.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. We aim to respond to all disputes within five business days. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may pursue remedies available under Australian law including through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal where applicable.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes apply to bookings made after the updated policy is posted on detoxiofiltering.world. Bookings confirmed under a previous version of this policy will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
